The PromasCS Batch Professional training is designed for advanced users who are already familiar with the fundamentals of PromasCS Batch and wish to deepen their knowledge. Building on the Batch Standard training, this course provides in-depth expertise for the extended use of the system in a production environment using the PromasCS Batch Professional module.

The focus is on creating complex processes, advanced recipe management, cleaning management, and the use of additional tools to optimize production workflows and operator convenience.

Participants will learn, among other things:

• Advanced Process Design and Recipe Management
  • Creating scalable recipes and sub-procedures
  • Working with procedural flows involving multiple recipes and equipment
  • Configuring equipment-independent processes with GANTT display and exception handling
• Material and Product Tank Management
  • Defining cleaning classes and creating cleaning matrices
  • Managing product tanks including cleaning status of production vessels
• In-Process Controls and Testing
  • Integration of IPCs and laboratory tests directly into the process flow
• Advanced Order Management
  • Introduction to the graphical order planner
  • Adjusting order durations via drag & drop in the schedule
• Dashboards and Event Management
  • Using event filters for targeted notifications and evaluations

The scope of services includes all costs for conducting the training by an experienced trainer, including preparation and follow-up time, organizational measures, coordination of individual training focuses with the client in advance, and the provision of the necessary IT infrastructure.

Any travel costs, trainer expenses, and additional services outside the defined training scope will be invoiced separately according to actual costs. The training is billed based on hourly rates based on regular Central European working hours (CET). A corresponding surcharge will be added for training sessions held outside of CET working hours in other time zones.
